DO YOU KNOW YOU SPELLED MOVIES WRONG?

• Yes, that was intentional. There are one of two explanations for the spelling.

  1. As long time film fans, who have seen too many films, we have gotten to be so jaded, so cynical, that most films make us sleepy, hence the ZZZ. It takes a truly great film to make us take notice.
  2. The term Moviezzz came from an email address created in 1995. Since Movie, and Movies were taken, Moviezzz was created and the name stuck.
